When you train with us you will receive high quality training notes. For practical training we use a purpose built 619m Stacer Bow Rider with a 175HP Suzuki (Lilly–Belle) or our newest vessel, a Stacer 539 Bow Rider with Suzuki 140HP (Crazy–Toad).
Boat Licence All day Program
Our comprehensive program is perfect for the person who has little to no boating experience. You get more than a boat licence, you learn how to drive a boat safely. From pre launch checks and boat launching, to on water skill training finishing up with boat retrieval and recovery. By the end of the day, we’ve gone through every thing you need to know.

Course includes full theory sessions, NSW boat licence exam and on water practical boat training.
After the course all you need do is present your certificate of competency to NSW maritime, pay for the boat licence and hit the water. No log books; no exams at Maritime.
Boat Licence Home Pre-Study Program
For those who have good nautical knowledge or are diligent home studiers, this course allows you to save money and in-class time.
Simply complete our comprehensive home study questions and scenarios by working through our colour text book, DVD and online study guides. From there join us at Australian Boating College to do our condensed theory session; NSW boat licence exam; and on water practical boat training.
This program is completed in approximately 4 hours with us.
Boat Licence Practical or Theory Only
You can join us for theory only or practical only sessions, including taking advantage of the home boat licence pre-study option for theory + exam.
PWC (Jet Ski) Licence
PWC operators are catered for as well with our all-inclusive courses. Do your PWC course at the same time as you complete your boat licence; or PWC upgrades are available for current boat licence holders.
(MROVCP) VHF Marine Radio training and testing
Join us to complete your VHF radio competency certificate and exam in one convenient session, or have our in house invigilators supervise your exam for you.
