In the event that you simply cannot attend the course, refunds are not available, however given at least 24 hours notice your booking and payment is transferable to another date or person (max 3 transfers).
In the event that a course is cancelled by us for any reason, you have the option of transferring to another course, or a full refund.
In the event a payment to us on your credit card or Paypal account was unauthorised by you, and you notify us prior to the course, we will provide a full refund. If someone attends the course as the person who has made your payment to us and we provide the training to them, we have delivered the service for the payment, and you should seek advice from Consumer Affairs
as to your redress options on that person.
