Fees:

Australian Boating College (ABN 43 080 057 923) advertises services provided by Licensed Providers, each independently operating their own businesses under the Australian Boating College branding and trademarks. All student fees, whether for enrolments or gift vouchers, are exclusively collected by Licensed Providers. Australian Boating College (ABN 43 080 057 923) head office does not receive any direct payments from students.

Gift Vouchers purchased from Licenced Providers are for services offered directly by the Licenced Provider at the time of purchase.  All enquiries related to gift vouchers or enrolment fees paid must be made directly to the Licenced Provider. This includes (but is not limited to) refunds, rescheduling and cancellations.

The redemption of purchased gift vouchers should be carried out directly through the Licensed Provider delivering the service. Australian Boating College (ABN 43 080 057 923) assumes no responsibility for refunds or the provision of an alternative course date in the event that the Licensed Provider ceases to be associated with Australian Boating College (ABN 43 080 057 923).

 

Refunds:

In the event that you simply cannot attend the course, refunds are not available, however, given at least 24 hours notice your booking and payment is transferable to another date or person (max 3 transfers).

In the event that a course is cancelled by us for any reason, you have the option of transferring to another course or a full refund.

In the event payment to us on your credit card or Paypal account was unauthorised by you, and you notify us prior to the course, we will provide a full refund. If someone attends the course as the person who has made your payment to us and we provide the training to them, we have delivered the service for the payment, and you should seek advice from Consumer Affairs
as to your redress options on that person.
